Jacques Audiard's film "Emilia Pérez" won five awards, including best film, at the 30th Lumiere Awards in Paris. The film, a Spanish-language crime musical set in Mexico, also won for best director, screenplay, actress (Karla Sofía Gascón) and music (Camille and Clement Ducol). "Emilia Pérez" has previously received international acclaim, including awards at the Cannes Film Festival and the Golden Globes. This year, Audiard set a record at the Lumiere Awards with his wins.
