Tide was the surprise winner of the Shortcutz Amsterdam Annual Awards 2025, where it took home the awards for Best Film, Best Director by Roxanne Stam, and the International Audience Award. Despite Il fait beau and Let Me In being the big contenders with six nominations each, they only won one award each: Best Screenplay for Il fait beau by Leonardo Cariglino and Best Editing for Let Me In by Eva van Weeghel. Halina Reijn received the Rutger Hauer Award at the 12th edition of the event.
