The 26th edition of the Nordic Film Market, part of the Gothenburg Film Festival, will take place from 29 to 31 January 2025 and will present more than 60 films and projects that highlight the creativity and innovation of Nordic cinema. Nearly 500 professionals from 38 countries will discover new projects from directors such as Lisa Langseth, Hlynur Pálmason, Maria Sødahl, Ester Martin Bergsmark and Shahrbanoo Sadat. The programme includes 15 completed films, 15 works in progress and 14 films in development, as well as a new initiative, Nordic Gateway, and projects by students from Nordic film schools. Two major awards will be presented: the Film Finances Scandinavia Award and the Tint Post-Production Award.
