The Sneker Filmwinter, an annual film event in Filmhuis Sneek, will present forty arthouse films in 2025 that were not shown in the past year, in addition to (pre)premieres and classics. The festival, which is attracting more and more visitors with 4,400 in the previous year, is known for its cozy atmosphere and diverse range of films, ranging from philosophical to romantic. Highlights include films by Jacques Audiard, Boris Lojkine, and George Sluizer. The event will take place from January 16 to 19, 2025.
