At the age of 82, Flemish film pioneer Guido Henderickx has passed away. He made his debut in 1975 with the film "Verbrande brug", starring Jan Decleir. Henderickx, whose career included films such as "De proefkonijnen" and "S.", as well as the miniseries "Moeder, waarom leven wij?" and "Koning van de wereld", was nominated for an International Fantasy Film Award for "Skin" in 1988. His passing has led to a wave of tributes from Flemish actors and directors on social media.
