"SOFT LEAVES", the feature debut of Belgian-Japanese director Miwako van Weyenberg, has been selected for the Big Screen competition of the 54th edition of the International Film Festival Rotterdam, which takes place from January 30 to February 9, 2025. The film, starring Lill Berteloot and Geert Van Rampelberg, tells the story of eleven-year-old Yuna who is looking for identity and recognition after a family crisis. The international premiere is on February 1. "SOFT LEAVES" will be released in Belgian cinemas on March 26, 2025 by Cinéart.
