Golden Calf winner Joost van Ginkel is working on a three-part documentary series about Princess Beatrix, which will be released on her birthday, January 31. The series, entitled "Beatrix", will feature interviews with insiders, intimates and experts, including Beatrix's best friend Renée Smith-Roëll and former lady-in-waiting Miente Boellaard. It will also feature archive material from the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision. Van Ginkel is known for the triptych about Prince Bernhard.
