The Disney film "Mufasa: The Lion King", directed by Barry Jenkins, will have the largest audience premiere in the Netherlands ever, breaking the record of "Penoza: The Final Chapter" from 2019. The film, a prequel to "The Lion King", tells the story of Mufasa, the father of Simba, and will be shown in 132 cinemas simultaneously. Well-known artists such as Beyoncé, Aaron Pierre, Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, and Blue Ivy Carter lend their voices to the characters.
