On December 21, the shortest day of the year, Eye Filmmuseum, the Netherlands Film Festival (NFF) and Go Short celebrate the Day of the Short Film. This day is dedicated to promoting short films, a genre that gives young film talent the opportunity to present themselves. Cinema visitors can enjoy the best Dutch short films, and for children aged four and up there is a selection of the most beautiful European short animation films. The films are available in 24 cinemas and online via Picl.
