At the 24th edition of the World Soundtrack Awards, held during Film Fest Gent, the music of the Flemish band Amenra won an award. Their score for 'Skunk' won the award for 'Best Original Score for a Belgian Production'. Jerskin Fendrix made an impression by winning both the 'Discovery' and the 'Film Composer of the Year Award' for his work on 'Poor Things' and 'Kinds of Kindness'. Natalie Holt was awarded 'Television Composer of the Year' for her score for 'Loki S.02'. Finneas O'Connell and Billie Eilish won 'Best Original Song' for their song “What Was I Made For?” from 'Barbie'. Other winners were Brandon Boone and Umberto Scipione, while Elliot Goldenthal received a Lifetime Achievement Award.
