On November 7, BNNVARA will broadcast the Teledoc Water & Beer by Lisa Boerstra on NPO 2. This documentary follows the members of the Delft student rowing association Laga, who prepare for the Varsity, the most prestigious student rowing competition. The film sheds light on the world of traditions, rituals and the ambition of young and elite rowers who strive for eternal fame or a place in an Olympic boat. Water & Beer shows the power of community and perseverance within the microcosm of student life in Delft.
