In 2007, Bloeddorst #1, a comic book collection with 29 horror stories from the Netherlands, made its debut. Now, initiators Maarten Janssens and Menno Kooistra are joining forces with director Martin Koolhoven to realize Bloeddorst #2. This new edition promises a more serious tone with inspiration from the pulp horror magazines 'Eerie' and 'Creepy'. An impressive list of illustrators and Dutch filmmakers, including Bodil Matheeuwsen and Ate de Jong, will contribute to the film theme. The crowdfunding started on October 14.
