During the Film Fest Gent, Prof. Dr. Tim Raats presented a study, commissioned by the Flemish Audiovisual Fund, on film exploitation in Flanders. The study, which analyzed the landscape of film screening and mapped out the needs and challenges of the sector, resulted in concrete recommendations for both policy and sector. Raats emphasized the need for a sustainable ecosystem for film screening in Flanders and Brussels.
