"Why Wettelen", directed and written by Dimitri Verhulst, tells the story of a family that unravels old secrets during a multi-day funeral march to the funeral of mother Christine. Starring Peter Van den Begin, the film will have its world premiere at Film Fest Gent and its international premiere at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. This festival is an important event in the Baltic States. The film is a production by Eurydice Gysel and Koen Mortier for Czar Film & TV, in co-production with Graniet Film.
