Matthias Schoenaerts has been cast as the villain in the DC film Supergirl, directed by James Gunn. In this film, directed by Craig Gillespie, known for Cruella, Supergirl gets involved in a murder case. Schoenaerts is expected to play Krem of the Yellow Hill, the murderer in the story. The collaboration between Gillespie and Belgian cameraman Nicolas Karakatsanis hints at a possible reunion of the team behind Rundskop.
