During the closing ceremony of the Holland Film Meeting 2024, important awards were presented to two notable new projects. The Global Audience Award went to "Free Fall" by Bregt Pepijn Verhagen, with producers Fleur Knopperts and Denis Vaslin of Volya Films. The project "Look Like Jackie" by In-Soo Radstake, produced by Nadadja Kemper of Holland Harbour Entertainment BV, received a special mention. The CAM-A-LOT & FILMMORE BEST LIVE PITCH AWARD was won by "Get Up Stand Up" by Mari Sanders, with producers Ineke Kanters and Lisette Kelder of The Film Kitchen, who receives €10,000 for camera and post-production services. The HFM, part of the Netherlands Film Festival, has revised its structure in 2024 to further stimulate Dutch film development and production.
