The Brussels action thriller 'La nuit se traîne', directed by Michiel Blanchart, is a big hit in Belgian cinemas with 20,000 visitors since its release on 4 September. The film, which tells the story of student Mady who unwittingly gets involved in the Brussels underworld, has been well received by both the press and the public. After a successful opening at the Nouvelles Vagues film festival in Biarritz, where it won the audience award, the film is now also a hit in French cinemas. Tri-Star has acquired the rights for an American remake.
