Jonathan Meijer, known as the Dutch 'mass donor', is suing Netflix to remove the documentary The Man with 1000 Kids. Meijer claims the film, which is said to harm him and the donor children, contains false information, such as the exaggerated number of 3,000 children he has fathered, when he claims it is 550. Last year, he was ordered by a judge to stop donating after a case brought by Stichting Donorkind. Lawyers Gerard Spong and Peter Plasman call Meijer's case against Netflix "completely hopeless".
