The Dutch animated film "Dikke Dik en de Verdwenen Knuffel", directed by Joost van den Bosch and Erik Verkerk, has received the Golden Film Award after attracting 100,000 visitors. The story, written by the late Burny Bos, follows Dikkie Dik and Poes Muis on an adventurous search for Dikkie Dik's lost cuddly toy. The award was presented by filmmaker Tim Oliehoek at Pathé De Munt, Amsterdam. This initiative of the Netherlands Film Festival recognizes the film as the 6th Golden Film of 2024.
