The Dutch feature film ALPHA., written and directed by Jan-Willem van Ewijk, will have its world premiere at the Giornate degli Autori, a parallel section of the Venice Film Festival. The film, starring Reinout and Gijs Scholten van Aschat who are also father and son in real life, tells the story of a young snowboard instructor and his father who together face the challenges of nature and their mutual relationship in the Alps. ALPHA. is one of the ten contenders for the Giornate degli Autori Award and is produced by BALDR Film in collaboration with various international partners.
