The Dutch Film Festival (NFF) announces the 2024 film selection of the Golden Calf Competition, the NFF Debut Competition and the Directors' Forum. All these films can be seen in Utrecht or online from Friday September 20 to Friday September 27 at the 44th edition of the Dutch Film Festival. The selection of the Golden Calf Competition results in the nominations that will be announced during the festival on Sunday, September 22. The winner of the NFF Debut Competition will be unveiled on Monday afternoon, September 23, during the Talent Award Ceremony. The winner of the 10-year anniversary program Forum of the Directors will also be announced on the same day. The presentation of the Golden Calves will take place during the EY Golden Calves Gala on Friday, September 27 in the Stadsschouwburg Utrecht.
