BNNVARA launches the new drama series De Ring, starring lawyer Anna (played by Hannah Hoekstra), who is faced with an impossible choice when she allows herself to be sexually blackmailed to cover up a wrongdoing. The series, from the makers of Klem and Overspel, can be seen every Thursday at 8:30 PM on NPO 1 from September 5 and can be streamed via NPO Start and NPO Plus. In addition to Hoekstra, Minne Koole and Benja Bruijning play the leading roles. The screenplay was written by Frank Ketelaar, who also partly directed, together with Sander Burger and Ties Schenk.
