'Why Wettelen', the directorial debut of Dimitri Verhulst, presents its first images with a poster and trailer. This film, a mix of the beautiful and ugly of Flanders, follows a family at Christine's funeral. Her last wish, to be buried in the unknown village of Wettelen, brings surprises and old family secrets to light. Featuring actors such as Peter Van den Begin and Tine Roggeman, the film is a production by Eurydice Gysel and Koen Mortier.
