The tragicomic feature film KAIN, starring Malou Gorter, Peter Blok, Barbara Sloesen and André Dongelmans, recently went into production, distributor September Film reports. The film tells the story of a man with autism, played by Daniël Gellvoet, who strives for independence by getting his driver's license and proving that he can function normally. His life takes a turn when he meets love. KAIN is characterized by the inclusion of neurodivergent actors, including Aus Greidanus and Hannah de Vreugd.
