Tom Holkenborg, better known as Junkie XL, has developed from a world hitmaker to one of the greatest film composers. In an interview with NU.nl he shares his experiences working on the film Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, where he worked closely with director George Miller. Holkenborg, who previously worked with directors such as Zack Snyder and James Cameron, talks about the intensive working days and his creative process. He composed aggressive music for Furiosa, fitting the story of a young girl who quickly matures. Now that the film is in theaters, Holkenborg is looking forward to projects with young directors.
