Matthias Schoenaerts has been cast as the French-Belgian rock icon Johnny Hallyday in the biopic "Que je t'aime", directed by Jalil Lespert. The film will focus on Hallyday's life from his meeting with future wife Laeticia in 1995. Laeticia Hallyday, who had the idea to film her husband's life, personally selected Schoenaerts, praising his resemblance to Johnny. The actress who will portray Laeticia has not yet been announced.
