The 21st edition of Poland's largest film festival, Millennium Docs Against Gravity, will take place from May 10 to 19 and will include 7 Dutch documentaries. Among the selected films are "Glass, My Unfulfilled Life" by Rogier Kappers, a humorous and moving film that celebrates the vitalizing power of music, and "I am the River, The River is Me" by Petr Lom, a documentary road film about the Whanganui River in New Zealand. Chris Teerink's "The Waste Land" is also shown, which delves deeply into TS Eliot's famous poem. Short documentaries and Dutch minority co-productions are also part of the festival programme.
