At the International short film festival Tegenstroom 2024, held from 8 to 11 May in CineCity Terneuzen, Finn's Heel by Cato Kusters was named best film. The jury, consisting of Jean Paul van Bendegem, Christina Vandekerckhove, Xavier Rombaut, Signe Zeilich Jensen and Joy Verberk, praised the film for its visual world and clever editing. The festival showed 39 short films from the Netherlands and Flanders and offered master classes and a script residency. Other award winners included The Very Tired Man and The Woman Who Passionately Loved Bonsai and Is Heaven Blue?#2.
