Director Will Koopman has received the Media Oeuvre Award 2024, an initiative of Spreekbuis.nl and NLZiet. The prize was presented to her during RTL Boulevard by Lex Uiting. Koopman, who has been active in the TV world for almost 50 years, is known for series such as Gooische Vrouwen, Divorce and Familie Kruys. The jury, consisting of Angela de Jong and Richard Otto, praised her influence on Dutch television drama. Previous winners of the award include Jan Slagter and André van Duin.
