Wietske Potiek has been appointed the new business director of Eye Filmmuseum, where he will succeed Stan Spijkerman as of May 1. Potiek, with a background as a tax lawyer, has extensive experience in both the cultural sector and social engagement, including at the Royal Defense Museums Foundation and Doctors Without Borders. His responsibilities at Eye include business operations, Eye Bar & Restaurant, sponsorship strategy and fundraising. This appointment completes the renewal of Eye's three-person management team within a year and a half.
