NEP The Netherlands, EMG Netherlands and The Crew have founded the Audiovisual Federation of the Netherlands (AFN), a new trade association for facility companies in the film and television industry. The AFN, which represents the interests of this sector with a turnover of approximately 400 million euros and more than 3,000 employees, will act as a spokesperson and platform. The board consists of René Delwel (EMG Netherlands), Arjan van Westerloo (NEP The Netherlands) and Job Scholtze (The Crew), with George Freriks as director. The association focuses on innovation, sustainability and setting industry-wide standards.
