The Go Short Awards were presented during the 16th edition of Go Short in Nijmegen. For example, "Grandmamauntsistercat" by Zuza Banasińska won the Dutch Competition and "Cold and Dark" by Peter Hostak won the best European documentary. Aliha Thalien's "Nos îles" won in the New Arrivals Competition. The audience award went to "Between Delicate and Violent" by Şirin Bahar Demirel.
