The DDG Awards were presented during a ceremony on March 26, 2024 in Amsterdam, where Victoria Warmerdam won the DDG Grand Prix with her short film "I am not a robot". The awards recognize outstanding directorial achievements in eleven categories, including animation, documentary and feature film. Other winners include Nina Gantz, Steve McQueen and Ena Sendijarević in their respective categories. The prizes, organized by the Dutch Directors Guild in collaboration with the VEVAM Foundation and the VEVAM Fund Foundation, are awarded by peers.
