Kat Steppe has started the shoot of her fiction debut 'Sunday the Nineteenth', a tragicomedy starring Josse De Pauw and Peter Van den Begin as the brothers Horst and Franz Vandamme. The film, which will be released in Belgian cinemas in 2025, tells the story of the brothers who reunite after thirty years, focusing on themes such as Alzheimer's, lost love and family rivalry. The shooting takes place in the OLV Antwerp Residential Care Center, where real residents with Alzheimer's participate. Kat Steppe, known for the series 'Taboe' and 'Goed Volk', wrote the screenplay and works with professionals such as DOP Renaat Lambeets and mechanic Jan Van Der Weken.
