Streaming service Mubi has purchased a majority share in Cinéart, the largest independent distributor in the Benelux. This strengthens Mubi's position at an international level. Cinéart's CEOs will remain in office for the time being. Mubi has also developed its own content in recent years and is active as a buyer of arthouse films.
