Japanese director Tanaka Toshihiko has won the Tiger Competition at the International Film Festival Rotterdam with his film 'Rei'. The Big Screen Competition was won by Oktay Baraheni from Iran with his film 'The Old Bachelor'. In addition to these main prizes, other prizes were also awarded during the Award Ceremony.
