Director Tanaka Toshihiko's film "Rei" has won the Tiger Award at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. Toshihiko's debut tells the story of a woman who meets a deaf landscape photographer. The jury praised Toshihiko as an emerging director and cited his strength as creating a collaborative environment with the actors. In addition, prizes were also awarded to the films "Kiss Wagon" and "Flathead".
