Dutch animator Evert de Beijer passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024 in Amsterdam. De Beijer was known for his animated films, including "Gerard" and "The Characters", which won several awards at international film festivals. He was also active in advertising, working with both 2D and 3D computer animation.
