Filmmaker Chris Teerink has made a documentary called 'The Waste Land', based on the poem of the same name by TS Eliot. In the film, all 434 lines of the poem are recited by various interviewees, including writer/poet Ilja Leonard Pfeijffer and economist Guy Standing. Teerink combines the lectures with analyzes and visual images, including photographs and Eliot's original manuscript.
