The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will present sixteen technical awards next month to individuals and companies that have contributed to cinema innovations. The winners include Christie, IMAX and Barco, with honors including the IMAX Prismless Laser Projector and the Dolby Vision Cinema projection system. The awards will be presented on February 23 in Los Angeles.
