Fleur Gräber has been appointed new State Secretary for Culture and Media. She takes over the position from Steven van Weyenberg, who is moving to the Ministry of Finance. Gräber was previously a member of the Provincial Executive of Groningen and party chairman of D66. She will fulfill the position in the outgoing Rutte cabinet.
