The documentary The Occupied City has received the Crystal Film, because the film attracted more than 10,000 cinema visitors. The film, inspired by Bianca Stigter's book, shows Amsterdam during the Nazi occupation and during a period of pandemic and protest. Director Steve McQueen, writer Bianca Stigter and producer Floor Onrust received the award.
