Koolhoven presents is a talent development program of the VPRO, in collaboration with the NPO and the NPO Fund and with support from the Film Fund. In this, a diverse group of up-and-coming and talented makers are guided by Martin Koolhoven in making a medium-length feature film; an important step in the development of new directors. The six films will premiere at IFFR 2024 and can be seen on NPO 3 and NPO Start from Saturday 3 February.
