Maurice de Hond has lost the lawsuit he filed against the producer of De Verraadeling, the film about the Deventer murder case, and the podcast De Deventer Mediazaak (VPRO/HUMAN). De Hond, who played a role in the case, believes that the makers acted unlawfully in making the film and the podcast. De Hond also thinks that he has been portrayed "in a rude manner."
