The winners of the 2023 Fear Horror Short Festival have been announced. The short horror/thriller Shut by director Niels Bourgonje has been named Best Short Film. The film wins a check for €500 and will be shown on Amazon Prime Video Channels' FEAR Channel. In addition, prizes were awarded for Best Actor, Best Soundtrack and Best Innovative Film.
