The Supreme Court has decided that the Jiskefet Encyclopedia may remain in stores without a disclaimer. The court had previously decided that the book could be sold without a sticker. The makers of Jiskefet, Michiel Romeyn and Herman Koch, disagreed with this and appealed in cassation. The case is now finally closed.
