Finnish comedy "Family Time" has won the top prize at the tenth Riga International Film Festival. The film, directed by Tia Kouvo, received the Golden Rooster Award and a cash prize of €4,000. The jury praised the film for its impressive direction and love for the characters. The Estonian documentary "Smoke Sauna Sisterhood" also received a special mention.
