Screenwriters in Hollywood have overwhelmingly agreed to an agreement between the WGA union and film studios and streaming services. The new collective labor agreement provides higher compensation for writers of series and films on streaming services, as well as rules for the use of artificial intelligence. The writers' strike has now come to an end. Actors are still on strike and negotiating for better pay and guarantees around AI.
