Screenwriter Kees Holierhoek, known for Soldaat van Oranje, among others, has died at the age of 81. Holierhoek also co-wrote De Wrestelaar by Paul Verhoeven and came up with the idea for the television series Klaverweide. For years he was chairman of the LIRA, the copyright organization for screenwriters.
