Actor Klaas Hofstra, known for his role in the 1980s series Medisch Centrum West, has died at the age of 79. Hofstra was approached almost daily about his role in the series and also performed in other productions, both on stage and worldwide with solo performances about famous composers and Vincent van Gogh.
